Jeg hedder Anna Margret Skuladottir, er 48 år, har tre ældre børn. Jeg er bosat i Farum med min mand, søn og vores hund Bruno.
Jeg blev færdiguddannet Psykolog fra Aarhus Universitet 2010 og har derfor mere end 14 års erfaring som psykolog. Derefter er jeg blevet færdig med Specialist i Psykotraumalogi, og er derfor godkendt af Dansk Psykolog Forening som Special Psykolog.
Jeg har erfaring fra forskellige arbejdspladser og arbejdsopgaver, blandt andet børne og familie rådgivning for sociale udsatte, krisepsykolog hos krisecentre, privat klinik, retspsykiatrien, psykiatrisk voksne afdeling, arbejdes – og organisation psykolog, og som selvstændig psykolog.
Jeg har stor erfaren med arbejde inden PTSD og C-PTSD, og tilknytningsforstyrrelser. Jeg arbejder primært med voksne, familier/par, grupper og kommer ofte til virksomheder/organisationer når det er relevant.
Videre har jeg efteruddannelse Supervision til andre faggrupper og psykologer, i ACT – Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, KAT – Kognitiv Adfærdsterapi, Compassion Focused Therapy, MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Clinical Hypnoterapy, konflikt mægling, forældre kompetence undersøgelser, risikovurdering i personsager, psykopatologi, og flere godkendelser m.h.p. udredninger og diagnoser m.h.p. psykologiske lidelser og forstyrrelser. Jeg er blandt andet certificeret i NEO-PI personlighedstests, JTI typetest, Decision Dynamics, PCL, SCID, HARE psykopat checklist og etc.
Jeg er medlem af Dansk Psykolog Forening og Islandske Psykolog Forening, og Dansk Retspykolog Selskab.
