Help for traders

With 14 years of experience in Organizational and Work Psychology, I have enjoyed and taken great interest in helping with challenges that strengthen well-being, leadership and collaboration – and create a healthy and effective workplace.

I offer tools that are solid and long-lasting that help employees and managers to thrive, both for mental health and well-being.

I am happy to come to small and large workplaces, do assessment and intervention.
Assessment can be in the form of personality tests, or personality type tests, Decision Dynamics studies, team development challenges, well-being and etc.

Intervention can be in the form of lectures, workshops, group or individual conversations, as well as leadership coaching and possibly Sparring. In some cases, we do Triangle of Communication conversations where the manager and the employee are together in the conversation, and I as a psychologist mediate in the conversation.

In the event of a crisis, I offer tools and the presence of a psychologist to help the manager and employees through the process.

Crises can be of different nature, e.g. Inhouse or outhouse crises that affect the workplace in a difficult way. There may be trauma that the employee(s) has gone through or is affecting the workplace. Grief, loss and etc.
Conflict mediation and reconciliation.

There may be situations in your workplace or organization where an external consultant/psychologist can help. With tools and good experience, I have helped many as an external independent to the situation. Conflict mediation requires a dedicated professional present to help you find the third side and out of the tunnel vision. It may be that reconciliation will be a good option in the early phase, or come after conflict definitions. Each situation is assessed as unique and therefore we cannot say with certainty that “one size fits all”.
